Join us for an interactive discussion about creating healthy habits that stick.

Mindset coach and founder of The Rock/Star Advocate, Suzanne Paulinski will explore how we can rework our thinking around sleep, self-care and so much more.

Tournesol Wellness founder and CEO Carey Davidson will help us predict and overcome potential pitfalls based on our individual elemental archetypes.

Daniel McBride aka Dalien/13Hands (and Professor of Yoga, MSU), will open the evening with a Native American musical meditation before sharing his perspective on a healthy and mindful lifestyle as an artist and yogi.

Suzanne Paulinski is a mindset coach for music professionals and founder of The Rock/Star Advocate, helping them reach their goals with custom goal-setting and time management solutions that enable them to gain clarity on their next steps while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. She published her first book, The Rock/Star Life Planner, now in its 2019 edition, as a tool for creatives to find focus in their daily lives (www.therockstaradvocate.com/planner) and her teachings can also be found in her many guest posts for Sonicbids, Tunecore, and Soundfly, as well as weekly podcast - The Music-Preneur Mindset.


Carey Davidson is the founder and CEO of Tournesol, the holistic health think tank collaborative in New York City. Carey established Tournesol to evaluate and design better systems for optimal human experience throughout the lifecycle. Tournesol’s groundbreaking programs combine frontier science and proven wisdom to empower people and organizations with strategies that build resilience and wellbeing through self-knowledge, self-acceptance and mastery of individual gifts. Carey’s achievements have been featured in a PBS documentary on Vibroacoustics and Parkinson’s as well as in The Huffington Post, W Magazine, The New York Observer and NBC News.


Daniel McBride, Professor of Yoga at Montclair State University, author and sound therapist, is also known as Dalien/13Hands, a multi-genre artist who plays over 75 instruments, immersed in many styles of contemporary and world music, yoga, holistic health education, shamanism and personal development work for over 25 years.

A survivor of multiple near death experiences and chronic health issues, he healed himself naturally through a very inspiring journey and shares his wisdom on health, stress and PTSD through his various partnerships and presentations.

He has had the honor to speak, perform, share and educate at events with TEDx, HH The Dalai Lama, Jack Kornfeld, Krishna Das, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, RUN DMC, Paula Cole, Laurie Anderson, Dharma Mitra, Elena Brower, and many others.
